Reiki, Kundalini, Light Language Oh My!

October 2022 I decided to try a KAP kundalini activation class & it was a very interesting experience. I searched online to find another teacher with whom I'd resonate better with & I found one! I booked a 1:1 session & met her in Santa Monica & it was an amazing experience.....fast forward that a little into early 2023. I couldn't with the KAP facilitator here in San Diego who I reached out to, so the IG algorithm suggested something called KALI. (which is Kundalini activation sessions with something called Light Integration. I met some wonderful ladies who facilitate KALI & on my 4th session I started to channel Light Language in addition to having the Spontaneous Kriya movements.

So now I'm well into 2023 & I'm still trying to figure out what all of this means for me.

I'll post a video link here to my YouTube channel for examples of the Light Language my hands are engaging in.

This has been a strange & yet fascinating journey since 2011

Since I am Left Brained I periodically like to compare my aura pics after about a yr between photos. Same location,same type of camera for the series. I do have some level of consistency. Since 2013-present I feel the energy is stronger & expands out of head,face and hands sometimes. Interesting sensation. During both of these aura pics while my hands were on the plates I felt surges of energy expand out of me.

I do believe the ancient people & indigenous had a similar understanding of how to support the energy field of others.

Buddhism Energy-Higashi Honganji

Buddhism energy is rather new to me, but I feel it resonates well with my Reiki practice & my higher self. When I entered Higashi Honganji temple for the first time, I felt a really strong energy. It was almost too intense at first. I perceived it as a buzzing, warm, and like a bubble of energy that provided a sense of immediate calm & yet curiosity. I almost felt like I was going to fall into a trance or something & I had a strange sense of feeling slightly overwhelmed & as if my chest and heart chakra were expanding. It was like a warm, protective bubble of energy & felt as if the world dropped away. It felt like a safe, peaceful,protective cocoon. This temple has a sacred energy inside. And I was a little surprised by the strength of the sensation.

Their main Buddha is Amida. For some reason I felt drawn to the energy of the 2nd Main founder Rennyo Shonin. I'll need to explore more on that vibe & research his vision, influence.

I have no real clue why I feel this way when I enter these sacred places, but it's an amazing sensation. And it's positive so I'll strengthen my connection to it.

Ajikan Meditation-Shingon Buddhism

After receiving my Reiki Master last year, I felt I needed to connect to the Japanese foundations of Reiki. So I read some books & did some online research. I realize since Usui sensei had a strong Buddhism background & philosophy that I should do something to support that energy within myself.

So now I do my best to participate in Ajikan Meditation at home & if I can I visit the temple. I was looking for the Buddhism energy connection to support my reiki experience & found Koyasan temple. When I connected with the people at Koyasan I knew immediately that the energy would help support my inner vision. I enjoy the sensation of the group & the energy in general. The monks are amazing, wise & very friendly, open-minded.

Our Reiki healing symbols are supposedly associated with a particular Buddha energy, quality.
Symbol 1-Seishi Bosatsu (SAKU, Sah)
Symbol 2-Amida Nyorai (KIRIKU,Hrih)
Symbol 3-Kannon Bosatsu (SA,Sa)
Symbol 4-Dainichi Nyorai or Manjushri Boddhisattva

I honestly feel a deeper connection to my reiki now that I'm meditating at Koyasan.

Koyasan Temple-Los Angeles

My lovely reiki sis drove us to Koyasan Buddhist Temple for the first time. It was a nice experience & I liked the energy inside. I feel attracted to the energies of Esoteric Buddhism & something about the chanting makes my cells, body & soul vibrate. I feel peaceful & almost in a trance when I hear the chanting.

I wanted to "feel it" b/c I want to know if this is what Usui Sensei felt. In the historical excerpts they claim that he was influenced by Shintoism & also may have studied Esoteric Buddhism. I believe they state he may have been associated with Shingon,Tendai or possibly Mikkyo Buddhism. So I was curious to find out if I could feel "the magic". And I most definitely felt something special.

I'm uncertain if I'll be Buddhist in this lifetime, but I'm interested in speaking to them about metaphysical & mystical things & to see if there is anything they may be able to impart regarding meditation or merging with the energies. We met Hayashi-san, who is a very pleasant young monk with warm energy.

My kind friend Alberto filmed a brief video to show his Aura & how his energy shifts & changes in response to my energy. It's a brief video & doesn't fully represent what happens in a long session, but you get the idea.

My aura shifts colors, but my basic color these days is Green with some yellow. I notice when I'm being helpful my colors shift to green/blue to turquoise/lavender/pink & also white. When I'm thinking, concentrating or stressed my colors turn yellow orange & red. I was able to observe my entire spectrum during my aura fllming. Our energies do change & shift, but my basic colors hold steady around green/yellow for now & is consistent with past aura polaroid fotos.

People in the "aura" & energy community identify green, blue, purple, white & turquoise as some of the healing or higher vibrational energies.

I know in my sessions I'll see green colors go to people's old injuries or old surgical sites & I often see white light or concentric circles of turquoise, lavender/purple, yellow. Those three colors will pulsate & then stop & turn purple/lavender & sometimes I see diamond shaped turquoise sparkling lights in my mind's eye when the energy is absorbed by clients.

I have confirmed people's injuries based off the green colors going to particular physical sites, so there must be something to that color. That's my personal experience. It may be different for other reiki workers.

Many clients come in to relax or try Reiki or have non-specific needs, but after the session I'll ask them about the green colors, b/c the body remembers those injuries or traumas. I'm also very curious about the things I experience during Reiki & to see what they experience as well. Every person & session is different & I'm starting to notice or "see/sense" different types of things

Qigong, Tai Chi and true Masters

In my quest for videos and information about Qigong and Tai Chi, I happened upon two incredibly gifted, inspiring men on youtube. Dr. Paul Lam and Master Li Junfeng. These men epitomize unconditional love, ancient wisdom, and you can feel the beautiful and compassionate energy they emit and project simply by watching their videos.

I recommended Master Li's group to some of my friends in Austin, TX. They're so lucky to live in his state! He does tours as an instructor to various countries as well.

Dr. Paul Lam has a site via Tai Chi Productions and they have links for various countries to locate products and info. I like that Dr.Lam has seated videos for people with mobility problems or for the elderly. I posted the USA site link below.

I highly recommend both of these men & their videos and books. You can see some of their videos on youtube. I'd like to meet both of these amazing, inspiring, compassionate souls one day!
